Team work

Every Dream needs a team, and every team needs a plan. Many spend time raising money, while others spend time raising teams. Jesus Christ, the greatest leader of all time invested in 12 men, who have subsequently reproduced themselves, even after 2000 years to more than 2.1 Billion worldwide.

There are 12 keys to raise world class teams, the 1^st key is the key of the spirit of the team. Listen! you don’t only build a team which is only “like minded” but a team which is predominately “like spirited”. The biblical story of Moses, Moses in the wilderness was mentored by Jethro the cushite, he was advised build a team in order to be more productive in his given vision,take note that the lord would take a potion of “Moses’ spirit” and pour it in the 70 elders, so that they may be “like Spirited”, that is why the 12 that Jesus chose were a reflection of the 12 dimensions of Jesus. So as you build teams look out for the spirit of the member, because the spirit produces the atmosphere, and a great atmosphere produces super star dimensions of performance, by doing this we push the human race forward/

Communication

Not being able to speak is a disability, not being able to speak well is a liability. One must master the art and science of communicating Live!, one on  one, eyeball to eyeball, not through twitter, facebook, blogging  and email alone.

There are 4 keys to being a Master communicator, these are  Listening with Discernment, Reading with Comprehension, Writing with Expression and Speaking with Influence. On speaking one should realise that its a craft, its a tool to influence for positive change, be it in relationships, business or politics.  

 Imagine possessing the ability to negotiate, to engage in crucial conversations and provide solutions when stakes are high, opinions are opposing, and there are strong emotions. Imagine having the ability to fearlessly speak in public touching people’s hearts and facilitating changing of mindsets. Bringing practical transformation through the spoken word. 

Yes there are natural born orators. Remember you are not the only one who is scared of speaking in public. In fact when it comes to speaking in public it is the number 1 most feared thing in the world, number 2 is death, number 3 snakes and the list goes on, but believe me many of the master communicators we have seen or heard - have been bad once but later became excellent through proper and dedicated training.

Mentorship is like the martial arts, when I was a young boy I was a student in “Do Meibukai” a defensive Japanese art. When I set my foot in the dojo I knew nothing about fighting, in fact I joined the martial arts because I wanted to beat people around and show them what I was made of. Months went in and I discovered that martial arts were about discipline and not fighting, that they are about humility and not gift, attitude and not ability. I entered the dimension of the “maturity transaction”. The two edged sword of mentorship stretched me to be an “extremely dangerous” fighter and at the other extreme I was trained to be humble and “extremely disciplined”. Hence, trained to be a killer on one hand and trained never to fight on the other, trained to be the first to flee whenever possibilities of violence lurk. Mentorship is the key you have been waiting for to rise to dimensions where you can move men and mountains. Mentorship teaches you to master yourself. It makes you conquer through learning when and not to fight.

Why do you exist?

Listen! It is very rare to come across a real person, a person whose life has meaning, purpose and direction. Many people’s lives are of greed, desperation, despair, thoughtlessness, recklessness and slackness of mind and body. 

Are you alive?

The ordinary person dies at 33 and is buried at 75 years of age. These kinds of peoples’ dreams’ and visions’ die or are aborted before being fully formed, hence they live “unlived lives”.

What’s your passion?

The passion you possess says a lot about who you are. Passion is an imprint of “unquenchable desire” in the anatomy of your identity, placed there to fuel your identity into fulfilment. That desire, that is sometimes called “love” is a divine architecture. Einstein once said on relativity “when a man sits on hot iron a minute seems to be an hour, but when a man is courting a woman he loves an hour seems to be a minute”. When what you love is awakened you are elevated to a higher dimension of creativity and drive. in fact on lookers see you spending 20 hour days working and think its “hard work” and yet it’s far from it, the reality though is that when in “love”, you lose track of time, meaning that “time is temporarily suspended”. imagine a life where you are surrounded by people you love, doing the things you love, visiting places you love, helping people you love. Do this and you’ll go down annuls of history in your own way as a “Genius” of the world. The genius you are is locked in a capsule called passion.
