Tonderai Mandaza is one of those rare people who can say he is a consultant, businessman, and speaker and mean it. LeVision Consulting Africa, a consulting concern he founded has attracted clients such as Econet wireless, SOS International, Women in Partnership Trust, Boost Fellowship, ZINASU,NMCSZ, University of Zimbabwe, Africa reform institute and a lot of other leading organizations.

His speaking typically includes 25 keynotes a year at conferences and other events. He was Director for Women Filmmakers of Zimbabwe 2008, hence leading the acclaimed International Images Film Festival. Tonderai was also the Best Film Award winner at Tampere Film Festival 2007 in Finland. In 2011 he served as the Director for Kairos Leadership Institute. He is also an external consultant for  Africa Reform institute and EMPRETEC Zimbabwe where he consults and trains  on Political Governance Leadership, and entrepreneurship  development respectively.

He holds the record for selling out the Highest-Value workshop (on entrepreneurship) Joshua Nkomo Scholarship fund, 2013. Currently he is working for his Masters in Leadership and Management and he is a member of the robust Africa Christian Business Fellowship, EMPRETEC Association and Zimbabwe International Film Festival trust Film Association.

He serves as the youngest member on the Board of Advisers of Chinhoyi University Entrepreneurship Committee. He has keynoted for Embassies, Corporates and NGO’s on topics that include “History and future of Zimbabwe’s Film industry: and the 7 key growth drivers”.

He has coached a millionaire, Executives, managers, entrepreneurs and graduates on identity development and 21st Century skills Development.

Cynthia is a Communications and Skills Development Consultant, a Life Coach, Author, and Strategist. As a business entrepreneur and having worked in various sectors in different capacities, she has acquired a diversity of skills in marketing, research, strategy design, human resource development and company structuring. Her consultancy work and business entrepreneurial activities are housed under Wholeness Incorporated. She has developed and facilitated various programmes in business skills, personal and transformational leadership development. In 1999 she was awarded the Best Marketing Student in Zimbabwe by the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM SA). Her recently published personal development book is titled “The Whole You – Vital Keys for Balanced Living”.

She holds a BBA degree in Marketing Communications, a Diploma in Marketing Management and a Diploma in Transformational Leadership. Cynthia is working towards completing a Masters Degree in Leadership and Management.  She is National Coordinator for African Reform Institute and founder of Women Politicians’ Incubator Zimbabwe (WOPIZ), a training and mentorship establishment which capacitates women for leadership. She is also the Programmes Director for the Zimbabwean chapter of the Institute of Christian Leadership. She is married to Kudzanai and they have four children.

Cynthia is a passionate and fervent motivational speaker who speaks at seminars, workshops and conferences provoking people and institutions to challenge their comfort zones by connecting them with knowledge and information which can help them to live balanced lives and create solutions beyond their generation.
